Vendors must arrive by 8:00 AM and stay until 5:30 PM. Displays cannot exceed the length of the table, twice the width, or 5 feet in height. Electricity and Wi-Fi may not be available, so come prepared. The conference reserves the right to reject products that do not align with its values.
